Since 2016, the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) has done a good job in bringing onboard quality internship placements under this programme, formerly known as the SME Talent Programme (STP). Over the years, and now known as the Global Ready Talent (GRT) Programme, SMF continues to be appointed by Enterprise Singapore (ESG) as one of the approved-in-principle (AIP) partners to administer this programme. As an AIP partner, SMF has played a role in promoting GRT and encouraging SG enterprises to be host companies for internships and work opportunities. SMF assist local companies, primarily in the Manufacturing and Manufacturing-related sectors to onboard and participate in this programme. We recognise the need for such expertise, and help enterprises embrace youth talent smoothly for both local and overseas work assignments and job postings.
