Been a partner for STP/GRT has given our company the privilege of working with interns from the ITE, Polytechnics and Universities. By offering a platform for them to grow and improve on their personal development, our company and staffs can also learn from this opportunity by giving mentorships. Throughout our experiences, the interns have greatly contributed to our business development and has performed well in the tasks that were given to them. Some of their work have also helped refine our new product launches. Furthermore, this program has allowed us to identify suitable candidates to offer full-time employments once they graduate.
