“Besides exposing the interns to current and future engineering trends, our employees are tasked to mentor and supervise the interns, providing the interns hands-on experience from what they have learned. This proved to be a great training ground for the interns.
From our company’s perspective, it is useful to identify key leaders for future succession. We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to recognize potential talents from the pool of interns, who could subsequently become our employees, upon their graduation. So far, the interns that we have hosted are well-versed with our work culture and have no problem fitting right in our organization. It is a good program for local SME.”
